NOTE:
* These are non-guided tours. You are on your own during your investigation. If you desire we will give you a walk-through tour but you must let us know in advance. A video walk through tour can be found on our history page.
A 50% Non-Refundable Donation Deposit must be made to reserve the date. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!!
FRIDAY OR SATURDAY – $510 (Up to 10 people)
Additional attendees over the 10 people incur a $52.00 per person
SUNDAY – THURSDAY – $408 (Up to 10 people)
Additional attendees over the 10 people incur a $40.00 per person
SLEEPING QUARTERS:
Poasttown School has once again began to rent the Sleeping Quarters. The cost of the sleeping quarter room is $103 for the night.
You must be investigating that night to reserve the room. For more information on the sleeping quarters click here

The balance owed for your investigation is due 14 days prior to your investigation.
Failure to pay full balance of the donation 14 days prior to investigation forfeits the date and deposit.
NO OUIJA BOARDS, TABLE TIPPING, SEANCES, CONJURING, CASTING, CLEARING, BINDING, OR PROVOKING WILL BE ALLOWED AT POASTTOWN SCHOOL.
No drugs or alcohol use are permitted on premises.
You will immediately be removed and you will forfeit any monies paid. You are responsible for all of your team members!
