The balance is due 14 days prior to your investigation. You may NOT pay at the door.
Failure to pay full balance of the donation 14 days prior to investigation forfeits the date and deposit.
NO OUIJA BOARDS, TABLE TIPPING, SEANCES, CONJURING, CASTING, CLEARING, BINDING, OR PROVOKING WILL BE ALLOWED AT POASTTOWN SCHOOL.
No drugs or alcohol use are permitted on premises.
FRIDAY OR SATURDAY – $510 (Up to 10 people)
SUNDAY – THURSDAY – $408 (Up to 10 people)
You will be alone on your investigation. We will give you a walk thru or even better watch the walk through on the website with the History Tour.
Investigation hours are from 7 p.m. – 7 a.m. the next day. If you reserve the lodging room, check-in is at 7 p.m. and check-out is at 12 p.m. (Noon) the next day!
Remember to bring a Government Photo Identification card with you as you will be required to sign a Waiver upon arrival.
NUMBER OF PEOPLE:
Up to a 10 person crew. Additional attendees over the 10 people incur a $52.00 additional donation charge per person.
For the room there is a donation of $103 a night. Check-In time is 7 p.m. the day of the investigation. Check out time is 12 p.m. (Noon). the following day. No later as we will have another group coming in and need time to clean and prepare.
This is a no smoking room. There are plenty of grounds outside where you may smoke. No alcohol or drugs allowed on premise! Sorry, but we do have a no pet policy. No exceptions. To rent this room, you must be 21 years of age or older, and we ask that this person be in the room when guests are on the premises.
